Dear sirs, My father has got injured right hand due vehicle skid. Scaning report attached here And doctor advised to go Operation. I need your valuable advice is it required operation or any other way to medicate. The injury. please advise.Thank you sir.

It requires surgery.. arthroscopic rotator cuff repair/mini open cuff repair...already the tendons are retracted so it won't unite on its own..
