This could be related to nerve compression at the wrist called carpal tunnel syndrome or vessel calcification.

Hello Practo User,
As you are a IT Professional, this problem could be related to excessive use of your hand and fingers.
All the muscles which move fingers originate fro elbow and forearm.
That is what causes fatigue and feeling of blood not flowing..
Try giving rest to your hand.
Elevate the hand as much as you can.
Avoid external applications.
Finger tightness may be associated with muscular spasm in forearm muscles causing difficulty in movements of fingers. Do you also feel any tingling numbness in hands..
Next Steps
You can start with hot fomentation, take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet, take vit b 12, calcium and vit d supplement.. also start with finger and wrist movement exercises..
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work with right hand, active finger movements exercises can be done.
