This could be conjunctivitis
Try
A. Cold compresses
B. Use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6 times along with lubricating eyedrop
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis.

Please share a close up pic of your eyes with detailed information about discharge redness watering pain swelling itching and blurring of vision or consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
Possibly conjunctivitis. Observe strict hygiene - do not touch the eye with your fingers; use disposable tissues to clean any discharge . Can use frequent lubricating drops and some cold compresses will help you feel better.
