Recently high blood sugar comes to normal but right eye blurry vision can't able to read please advice me is it go away after some time or need to diagnosis ?

Blurry vision could be due to many reasons. An eye examination is required with dilated pupils. Do not postpone it.

Sugar levels are not the only cause for blurring of vision. You have to undergo Retinoscopy  and certain other tests.pl consult Ophthalmologist, for better evaluation and treatment.
