Ma’am to diagnose your problem u need to give a detailed history and show ua ears and the investigation reports u have done till now on a thorough video consultation. As the doctor has said u have to live with it that means probably u are having a sensorineural hearing impairment with tinnitus. But the symptoms you are describing is probably pointing to an external ear or middle ear problem like perforated drum(csom) or wax etc. Examination of your ear and a pure tone audiometry will reveal the cause of your problems, if you are having a sensorineural hearing impairment on PTA with a difference of more than 30db between the two ears, then u need an MRI to rule out a CP angle pathology.
