NATURE OF SPECIMEN:Aspirate from cervical lymph node Microscopy: Highly cellular smears studied showed many dispersed epithelioid granulomas on a background showing focal caseous necrosis,occasional Langhan's giant cell and reactive population of lymphoid cells mixed with blood. IMPRESSION: FNA Right cervical lymph node shows granulomatous lymphadenitis with caseous necrosis suggestive of tuberculosis.
