Hello doctor i’ve swollen right side cervical chain of lymph nodes especially the submandibular,midjugulpdigastric since last 1year it is barely felt but when I touch and then palpate properly then I can feel it but the size hasn’t increased and it is small and movable I do not have any swelling anywhere else but I do have recurrent sore throat and nasal congestion..but I’m scared about the enlarged lymph node. What can it be?? Age is 23 female
