Get an xray or MRI ankle done. At 86 mostly cartilage become weak. So take pain medicine and also apply gel locally . Avoid walking too much . Use anklets while walking

You are severely anaemic which requires proper and continuous treatment after a proper diagnosis.
Swelling in one ankle may be due to an injury or some other cause which needs further examination and investigation.

Please get admitted if you feel too tired , breathing issue .
You need blood transfusion at least one bag PCV
Took one more dose of Inj FCM & continue oral iron supplement for 3-4 month .
- Avoid tea
- less salt
- you can take diuretics if you have too much swelling for 5-7 days , if your BP is Normal .
If you have bleeding issue visit nearby hospital
Do test like
1) Iron study
2 ) B12 leval
3 ) peripheral smear
Regarding thyroid report …. In case of Low Hb thyroid report may be altered so better repeat after anemia correction after 2-3 month
& You can go for further investigation like Anti TPO ab , if you have symptoms of hypothyroidism.
At this point there is no need of treatment for thyroid medicine .
