Is it cure by medicine or go for operation? If operation, then is it by open surgery or laproscopy? Approximately estimate of this treatment..

First of all few tumor markers need to be done to differentiate between a benign and a malignant tumor. According to the results further treatment can be planned. CA 125, HE4, CEA, CA 19.9 needs to be done first. Also other USG features need to be mentioned I.e. any solid area, septations, any other lesion etc.

Hi Better to go for laparoscopic cystectomy Also get a CT done and tumour markers Ca 125 , LDH , HE4 CEA CA 19 9
