Right abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hello there. I have not been good the last 2 weeks. I had acid reflux due to what i had eaten and now my right side (next to my hip) hurts and feels a little lumpy. I feel gasy and a lil discharge comes out after iv ovulated too. Please help.
