Is it good to use Rice bran oil by a diabetic? My father has b.p and blood sugar normal as of now. He had heart attack 10 years back. Can he use Rice bran oil instead of sunflower refined oil?

Hello There. I can understand your concern. The answer to your question is Yes, he can use rice bran oil instead of sun flower oil. he should avoid too oily and fried foods though. also a diabetic diet and a salt restricted diet is also necessary. keep these points in mind. if you have any other queries, do post or consult a cardiologist in person.
