Sir my sister age is 34, suffering from breast above the pain it will start pain the breathing system is slow down and left side parts and neck full pains what is the problem sir and which doctor is counting sir

Hello.
Firstly what is the type of pain ...burning or crushing type ..and the duration of pain (sine how long)
2) is she a known diabetic or hypertensive patient
3) is she having breathing difficulties .
If she is having breathing difficulties , crushing pain , nausea and tightness in chest .please go to a emergency hospital immediately and get evaluated for a unstable angina or a myocardial infarction ( heart attack)
Over internet without proper history and examination it is very difficult to say .please do not delay .
