Since you are having rhinitis since 10 months it seems to be a chronic problem.
It is seen that for treatment of chronic cases mostly one medicine is not enough. Pulsatilla maybe helpful to you for sometime. But now maybe pulsatilla needs to be stopped and a new medicine depending upon present symptoms may be needed.
Also you have been taking 30 potency. At times the potency needs to be increased or decreased depending upon symptoms.
So it is advisable NOT TO SELF DRUG and refer to a homoeopathic doctor for best treatment of your condition
