If you can get hold of a static cycle at home try doing. Also try doing dry swimming exercises or a superman exercise suggestive for all AS cases.. remember to break the chain of inactivity .. avoid sitting in one posture for long. Early morning do a small walk within your house and surely remember to avoid sitting in air conditioning.. do some warm soaks ...once lockdown is done meet with the physio to learn active exercises.

You may use any diclofenac gel like Volini or Omni gel for your back.
You may give hot water fomentation for 10-15minutes twice a day.
While travelling use small soft cushion for your back, you should take breaks and relax by standing approximately for few minutes.
You can do mild stretching to your back based on your ROM( Range of motion) twice a day.

Hai I hope already u had tested and cane to know about your condition and due to this lockdown period ur mobility may be reduced a lot sitting at home for work . Kindly do gently back exercises to stretch ur back spine extensors and spine flexors use soft cushion while u sit n a chair to work also have a foot rest so that the back is relaxed always while sleeping kindly use a pillow to the back of knee . Hot fermentation followed by a pain relieving gel will be useful .
