did you check RA test?which part of body feel more pain?take dasamularasnadi kashaya or rasnairandadhi kashaya. it is better to take ayurvedic therapeutic treatments for better cure.it includes dhanyamladhara,kizhis and pizhichil.Avoid cold items,curd,nonveg.avoid daily headbath.can contact me.
