There are multiple ligament injuries as per the MRI report. How is your pain and instability part at present.. The treatment depends on the severity of the condition.. Since the tear of ACL is partial, it may be conserved in majority of the cases. But, if the instability is more, you may require to undergo arthroscopic reconstruction surgery.. Meniscus tear is also partial. That may be observed intraoperatively, if tear is major, it may require partial removal or repair whatever is possible..
Next Steps
You should wear a Long Knee brace for support for now.. You should also avoid excessive bending of the knee.. Visit a nearby hospital for clinical evaluation for better understanding and planning the management..
