Retinal detachement with high myopia
Is it true that all people with high myopia will develop retinal detachment? What is the percentage of people that develop RD with high myopia?

Hello A. Not all high myopes develop retinal detachment B. Yes...high myopia is a risk factor for retinal detachment

Anybody can have retinal detachment ,but high myopics are considered to be at a higher risk than other people. All myopics may develop retinal detachment is  not at all true . Persons with  high myopia must hav a regular retina check up done .to be on the safer side.
