Resting heart rate of 48 bpm in ECG
I have anemia and raised ESR and do slow pace walking 4-5 kms avg My resting heart rate is in 48-65 Last two ECG was 53 and 48 Is this normal I do not have any faint spells or dizziness Please advise if this is normal

Normal heart rate range is 60-100 beats per min But some normal individuals can have heart rate less than 60beats per minute Since you do not have symptoms nothing to worry at all But still it is better to meet a cardiologist nearby to look for the cause of low heart rate
