Does she have any symptoms? If there are no symptoms of dizziness/shortness of breath , then don't need to worry. Normally during sleep, Heart rate decreases which is good for heart Kindly take an ECG IF heart rate is persistently low .

This is a normal reading. Heart rate and BP both normally fall during night. Nothing to worry is she had no symptoms
