I am smoking since last 5years. Smoking is increased now a days. I want to stop it but I can't. Is there any method of detecting how much oncogenes are accumulated in my body?

No, there is absolutely no way of detecting oncogene accumulation, you must seek a counselor immediately to quit smoking, nothing is impossible & there are online support groups where people are facing similar challenge.
