I have been smoking 15-20 filters daily for nine years and now suddenly I have quit smoking. I don't have headaches or other effects, but one of my friend told me that you should not quit smoking suddenly because it will cause cancer in respiratory tract. I just want to know a professional and expert opinion on it.
