Reducing smoking effects
I have been smoking ciggerates and it's been around 5 years. Is there any way I can reduce the smoking effects that has happened to my lungs and my body. What are my chances of getting lung cancer. What actions should be taken from my side to suppress it?

Stop smoking first of all. Lead an active lifestyle with lots of fresh vegetables and fruits. If it's just been five years, your risk for lung cancer is very low.
