Require help and suggestions .

Question

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Since 3 weeks One or other problems I have Sudden dizziness, tieredness , ear irritation, thoroat infection, allergy, red eye. although not all symptoms together. I have gallstones with contracted Gallbladder and fatty Liver. I eat minimum fat foods and no dairy. Very less loss of menstruation blood. I m really worried , please suggest solution. I'm not taking any medication.
