Let me be straight with you as a physician: "chronic Bartonella" as a year-long diagnosis is rarely confirmed. Real bartonellosis needs either a documented cat/flea exposure with lymph node swelling, or positive serology/PCR - and it responds to a defined antibiotic course, not months of them. So the first job is to see what you actually have. Tell me who diagnosed it and on which test report. Meanwhile get CBC with ESR/CRP, LFT, RFT and Bartonella IgG/IgM if not already done. If those are clean, your symptoms are being caused by something else that is being missed, and chasing more antibiotics will only harm your liver and gut. Send me your existing reports on a Practo consult and I'll go through them properly with you.
Requires a proper assessment to understand the underlying cause and guide you.

Hello. Firstly we need to know the symptoms you're facing. And if at all those symptoms are positive then I'd advise to go for b.henslae and b.quintana IgG,IgM plus Bartonella spp PCR tests to confirm the diagnosis. Then we can proceed with the treatment.
