There is a cyst in the kidney, which doesn't need any treatment. Also as the stone is only 5 mm, it won't need any active treatment now.

Your left kidney is swollen/ blocked because of a large stone - 11mm- in the middle of ureter.
If left unchecked that kidney will get damaged.
You need to consult a urologist for removal of the stone.
The chances the stone is going to come down is less than 10%.
And no alternative medications will work..
Next Steps
GO TO HOSPITAL IMMEDIATELY, AND CONSULT A UROLOGIST FOR THE STONE.
