CT scan report- reviewed. (Normal report) No polyps, sinuses are clean, your Nasal Septum is normally placed in midline. Just there is hypertrophy (enlarged) of both inferior turbinates... For a quick relief You can take Otrivin nasal drops 3° 3 times... But not more than 7 days. Still if the complains are persistent then you need a proper in-person consultation.
Next Steps
Diagnostic Nasal Endoscopy by an ENT surgeon. So that we can assess your nose clinically also.
