Hello Aarti, hope you are doing well. As you mentioned bone grafting has been done. So there are 2 ways to go about it now. 1. Wait for the grafted bone to heal up and then plan for implants followed by artificial teeth. Type of implant, type of artificial teeth and the feasibility of it would depend upon CBCT scans taken after the grafting to ascertain the current state. Waiting period would depend upon time, type of implant and state of your sugar levels. The Hba1C levels have to be in under control. 2. Another option is to get an interim obturator (it is a prosthesis that helps to close the palatal defect and helps you in eating and drinking fluids properly without coming out of nose and also helps in proper speech) The feasibility of this would also depend upon scans and the time that has passed after grafting and the type of grafting done Providing all these details would help us to answer further better. Thank you

As of prosthesis you have two options removable and fixed. In case fixed there is choice of zygomatic implants. Implants possible only if your blood sugar is controlled. And incase of removable you can have cast partial denture or partial denture with obturator.. But all these are just an opinion. Definitive treatment plan can be made only when clinical and radiographic examination is done
