Replacement filling is not successfull.
Hello Doctor, my silver fillings are replaced by tooth coloured composites. I was not having any pain when I was having silver filling, but one of the doctor told me to replace it when I was having treatment of bridge crown for other side. But now I am getting constant pain to all the replaced fillings. And it has become very sensitive can not use normal cold water.one of the doctor told that it is the allergy of white composition. What can cause this pain? What can be the treatment for this?

There is no allergy.The cavity might be deep so it is causing pain.In such cases the lining of material is given deep in the cavity before filling.It needs x rays to check the present condition of the tooth
