Repeatedly vomiting whatever eating

Hi, My friend is having vomit regularly, whatever she is eating, there is also headache before vomiting, may I know the reason for it, because it is happening regularly whatever she is eating. Can anyone plzz someone suggest what to eat and what not to eat.?
