Known Conditions:
16 week pregnancy
• Low-lying placenta (anterior, 1.4 cm from internal os)
• Subchorionic hemorrhage (~4.1 x 3.2 x 0.9 cm)
• Cervical length: 3.7 cm (closed and normal)
• Fetal growth and heartbeat: Normal
• All labs (CBC,
CRP, ESR, vaginal swab): Normal
• No visible bleeding so far
Primary Complaint
repeated pain episodes in the lower abdomen:
• Pain comes every few hours, lasting 15–20 minutes since last two weeks already admitted twice in reputed hospitals in NCR
• Feels like deep pressure, pulling or cramping
• Often relieved after urination
• There is a frequent urge to pass urine during pain episodes
• No fever, no vomiting, no diarrhea
• Mild hip and thigh pain also occurs
• One episode of wet discharge, but no consistent fluid leak
