Post-sex UTIs are a very common and frustrating pattern in women, usually because bacteria get pushed towards the urethra during intercourse. It is not something you need to keep suffering through; a proper evaluation can identify what is triggering yours and stop the cycle.
Next Steps
Please book a gynaecology consult with your recent symptom timeline; a urine culture and pelvic exam will guide the plan.
Health Tips
Drink water through the day and empty your bladder within a few minutes after intercourse; it lowers recurrence.
