Reoccurring Pimples since 5 Years
Pimples on my face started in 2015-16. For two years, I faced a lot of pimples on my face, but since 2017, they are not visible in all places except for two spots - cheek area next to the nose (Maxillary sinus). These two areas are where I have been facing recurring pimples for over five years. While my face is clear for a few months with just a slight redness on both cheek area next to the nose, which is not much visible. But after some time of clear face, I experience occasional pimples on one side which stay for around 3 weeks before disappearing. This cycle repeats. Please help me to find a solution to get rid of these pimples permanently.

A course of Isotretinoin if taken properly and correctly will solve this issue permanently Alternately a maintenance regime with Topical retinoids and BPO washes can also suffice till you loose tendency to have pimples
