Reoccurring fever, vomiting, weight loss
Started with dry cough, followed by fever and vomiting since April 2017. Currently no cough but Reoccuring fever and vomiting. Weight loss of almost 20kgs in 5 months. RA factor, LFT, TB, kidney test, blood culture, malaria, dengue all negative. High esr,crp. HB 7.5, P-Anca - strong positive. is it ANCA Vasculitis or some other autoimmune disease or arthritis? Docs not able to diagnose properly. Started with solunedrol since two days.

Its a request from my side. Please get yourself evaluated  for tuberculosis. These days tuberculosis is presenting in its atypical form.
Next Steps
visit any Government hospital, DOTS centre.  The treatement is free of cost.
Health Tips
Atypical presentation of common diseases are commoner than typical presentation of atypical diseases. TB is very common
