Reoccurance of fever with in a month
My 2. 5 year old son had viral fever with cough and cold in the starting of March and now from last 7-8 days he had running nose with cough, cough is fine now but he is having watery stool with high fever since last two nights... He had overdose of wikoryl syrup though we rushed to hospital and flushed his stomach on same day he started to have fever and water stool next day he passed more water stool.. Now doctor giving him antibiotics it's possible to have viral fever twice in a month

If your child is on antibiotics that means your doctor is suspecting some bacterial infection,in such case stool test before antibiotics will be helpful.
Unlikely to have viral again immediately.
