Renal pelvis mild dilation UpTo 7.7 mm
Hi all, We have a regular scanning from last 6months and in scanning reports we came to know that a baby has a mild Renal pelvis dilated for left kidney..after delivery again we went for abdomen scan for my new born baby girl ..then again came to know that renal pelvis dilation is 7.7mm..now my baby girl age is 15days..How can I overcome this prob

Just do a regular follow up 6 monthly for any progression or regression of left kidney pelvi calyceal dilation. In many cases there is spontaneous regression with time.many times mild pcs dilatation may not be clinically significant. Consult a urologist for follow up
