Renal pelvis dilation for newborn
During my pregnancy my baby got pelvis renal dilation of increasing graph later on in 9th month it is 9.6mm and 6.7 mm bilaterally. After birth immediately he is having RDS with pneumothorax during that the dilation is 10mm in each bilaterally. After 1month of recovery we done ultrasound scan in that the dilation is 9mm right side 7mm left side and urinary bladder is partially distended so we shown to my family paedriatician he said nothing to worry just need further follow up scans. My question is ...is this advice is enough or further treatment is needed ??? For this condition can I eat non veg or not as am breastfeeding ???

Its bilateral so needs evaluation. Your diet won't affect his kidneys
