Renal pelvis dilation
Hi am 9month pregnant from last 3scans am facing an issue with my baby showing an increasing graph of renal pelvis dilation measuring right 9.6mm and left 6.7mm with normal renal parenchymal texture and mild dilation of the calyceal system, the fetal bladder is normal. There is mild unilateral(right) renal pelviectasis. There are any precautions to be taken in order to stop this growing problem what next step I should take to save my child.is it serious or normal in fetus during pregnancy?please suggest me

This needs evaluation as the cause can vary from harmless reason (which may improve on its own) to a severe one. How is the AFI in the scan. Normal AFI is a good sign. Need of post delivery follow up is required
