8 month pregnant..I have done scan it shows that renal pelvis dilation on Both sides..9.6 mm and 17mm...is surgery required after delivery or it shrinks automatically

U will need follow up scan after delivery, don't worry, it's physiological for some women in pregnancy,generally subsides on its own.
