One has to know the cause of azotemia(raised creatinine levels) in a 10 year old boy.
Proper evaluation and treatment of the cause is the main treatment of the patient,
Further supportive treatment is given to tackle the effects of the azotemia.
Dialysis is only a supportive treatment
