  4. Removing skin tags. And remove it?

Removing skin tags
I have quite a few skin tags on me. Off late, the one near my left shoulder has become bigger and painful and often gets pulled with my bra strap. Is there any ointment or medicine which I can apply topically and remove it? Budget issues, that is why I am asking this way. Please help. Thank you.
