After how many months i would be able to get screw and plates removed from my forearms, which i had after getting my forearms fractured

There is absolutely no indication to remove implants(plate and screws) unless they trouble you with hardware prominence, soft tissue interference due to screws, infection. With modern metallurgically made implants they can be retained for longer time with no complications. Removal have their own set of complications like refracture, resurgery, cost, failure to remove complete assembly etc.
