I don't have proper sleep... I see many dreams. With that I think my sleep is still not proper after even having 7 hours of sleep.. I want a proper sleep without any dream... Relax mind

Hi, Avoid or limit caffeine and alcohol and don't use nicotine. All of these can make it harder to sleep. Stick to a sleep schedule. Keep your bedtime and wake time consistent from day to day, including on weekends...
