If platelet count in cbc is increasing... What does it mean that my d dimer is increasing or decreasing? And bood thicking increasing or decreasing?

If the d dimer level is increasing that means there is any thrombotic activity has increased.. which will aggregate platelet at thrombotic site. If the thrombosis increases there may be reduce in serum platelet
