My baby girl 6 months old recently had an urinary infection..after doing culture test the results were negative..
Doctor says now to have MCU test after 3-4 weeks ..is it necessary ??

I would advise you to get an ultrasound KUB before getting an MCU. Depending on the result of the ultrasound, further investigations can be decided upon. In case there is an abnormality in the USG, please consult a paediatric surgeon.
Till then, please continue taking medicine as prescribed by the doctor.
