Usually lymph node TB has lower chance of spreading. Sometimes it is associated with Pulmonary TB, which is communicable. And rarely PUS discharged from the affected TB lymph node may contain TB bacteria, which can spread disease. Chance of spread from mother to child is very low. TB is not a Sexually Transmitted Disease.
