How lymphnode tuberculosis can spread from person to person? Can it spread from mother to children during pregnancy or via sexual Intercourse or via body fluid?

Usually lymph node TB has lower chance of spreading. Sometimes it is associated with Pulmonary TB, which is communicable. And rarely PUS discharged from the affected TB lymph node may contain TB bacteria, which can spread disease. Chance of spread from mother to child is very low. TB is not a Sexually Transmitted Disease.

No Cervical tb is not communicable , But if there is pulmonary / Lung involvement then it is communicable . Needs work up for the same . Please do consult a pulmonologist

if there is assosiated foci in lung then it becomes infections through respiratory secretion otherwise not
