You didn't mention your daughter's age. Usually food fads are common in younger age group which can be gradually decreased as the age progresses with appropriate feeding measures. You can try to make the food visually appealing for the kid and just not serve the food to her as we do so with adults. Can try to make the food calorie dense  by adding ghee Or oil to daal, chapati, etc so that whatever quantity she eats give her ample calories. Can make alternative snacks like jaggery and peanut ladoos which would be nutritious and tasty too for the child.
Next Steps
try to avoid things like biscuit, chocolate about an hour before the meal. can give incentives to the child like if she finishes her food properly, she can watch a cartoon or get something which she likes
Health Tips
don't punish the child for such things, work patiently with her. it's just a matter of time
