U can take ashwagandha in lehya form thick paste two tsf twice aday.
Shatavari also comes as granules two tsf can be taken in a glass of milk or thick paste two tsf .
Methi with greengram soak overnight ,morning eat raw with salt and lemonjuice. Or use methi to make dosaas also.
