Sorry to know about the condition of your daughter. There is no specific treatment, unfortunately, for this disorder. Reasons for disease onset are unknown but the pathology is immune mediated. Treatment is mainly aimed at reducing the progression of the disease. In some studies, few cases have shown some improvement using different approaches according to the symptoms like use of Antiâtumor necrosis factor-alpha inhibitors, interleukin 1 receptor antagonists, pyrimidine inhibitors, or humanized monoclonal antibody against the interleukin-6 receptor (IL-6R). However, all these are aimed at reducing the progression of the symptoms and require careful monitoring.
However, Homeopathy thankfully is not dependent on the pathology and can be tried along with other palliative medicines in such cases. Please feel free to consult privately for further details. May God give you and your daughter courage to overcome.
