Amphetamine Abuse relapse
I have been abusing amphetamine sulphate for over three months, also regularly taking seroquel to negate effects - I’ve had excruciating upper left back pain for over 12 hours, I’m 27 years old PMH of psychiatric problems previously diagnosed Bipolar now personality disorder, I’m worried about the comedown of stopping amphetmines previously was in my bed for months eventually trying to commit suicide?

Amphetamine abuse can cause physical complications & you need to visit a physician first to find the cause of the severe back pain.
Once that is settled, since you have multiple psychiatric diagnoses- addiction, bipolar, personality disorder & had suicidal thoughts in past, you need to visit a psychiatrist who will evaluate you in detail to suggest the appropriate line of treatment for long term relief.
