Relapsing old condition
I Was on my psychiatric treatment for ocd since july with Both medication ad well as psychotherapy.. Till Winter everything seems like my old life come back totally... But since few days i was facing the same problem same fear of happening something to me and negative thoughts.. I smoke that was also a -ve point from my side ..dont know what to do everyday is going bad for me

OCD is a relapse condition. Also during the course of medication, the symptoms fluctuates. So it will be better if you consult your psychiatrist. She/he can better let you what is going on.

Hi Dear
So it is important for you to figure out what is not going in your favor, what led to this fall.
If you not are able to figure it out then you can meet your psychiatrist for a review and put across your concerns to the psychologist.
